The Sliding Sleeve is a downhole flow control device mounted in the production tubing. It effectively controls the flow between the tubing and the casing annulus by means of an internal sleeve that can be opened or closed repeatedly. The inner sleeve utilizes bonded rubbers and functions as UP to OPEN and DOWN to CLOSE.

• Allow multiple zones to produce up one tubing string

• Landing a blanking plug in the profile to shut in the well, test the tubing, or test the sleeve itself
